My 2-night, 3-day review
A great Rome family stay for 3 to 4 people
Absolutely no regrets
While planning our family trip to Rome for four,
the one thing I cared about most was the accommodation.
Since my parents were coming too, and I’m pretty picky about where I stay,
I chose very carefully.
I had a few non-negotiables:
1. Strong air conditioning
2. Close to Roma Termini
3. A safe area
4. One room where all four family members could stay together
This place checked every box I had,
and on top of that, it also met all the bonus points below.
If you’re looking for a place to stay near Roma Termini, here’s one I’d confidently recommend.
I paid for this myself.
First, grab an accommodation discount coupon.
(MyRealTrip only applies discounts if you’ve downloaded the coupon pack first,
so I definitely recommend downloading it in advance.)
1. Shower filter included, plus a private bathroom in every room with reliable hot and cold water
2. In Rome, where water can feel surprisingly precious, they even offered unlimited ice water
3. The owner was genuinely so kind
4. It’s really close to Roma Termini, which made everything easy (about a 3- to 5-minute walk)
It’s also in a safer zone with soldiers and police nearby
5. The price was very reasonable
6. Even for Rome, the room felt spacious, with high ceilings and an open feel
6. Korean-style power outlets
7. You can catch the airport bus right out front
8. They kept snacks stocked and gave us fruit every day, which honestly touched me
9. They even gave us welcome Shin Ramyun
10. Daily cleaning plus fresh towels every day
11. There was an ionic hair dryer, so you don’t need to pack one
12. There’s an elevator!!!
13. It’s budget-friendly too
The 3- to 4-person family room was $187,
and the 3-person Sonata Room was also $187.
(Since they’re the same price, I’d recommend booking the family room if it’s available.)
We stayed in the 3-person Sonata Room for 2 nights,
then spent 3 nights in the 4-person family room,
so we ended up staying here for 5 nights and 6 days during our Italy trip.
(That’s how much we liked it.)
The only downside is that they don’t accept 1-night stays. If they did,
I would have stayed here again on the way back.
This is a popular Rome stay, so you really need to book fast.
I actually wanted to extend my reservation,
but the room was already sold out.
For this Sonata triple room,
you need to search for Korean Sonata to find it.
The owner also explains everything in detail over KakaoTalk, which was super helpful.
The place we stayed first for 2 nights and 3 days
was the Sonata Room for 3 guests.
I was confused when I first booked it,
because the triple room and the family room are in different locations.
We added one extra single bed to the triple room (€50 per night), so four of us stayed there for 2 nights,
then moved to the 4-person family room and stayed there for 3 more nights.
There are three separate doors—the main entrance, the building door, and the room door—
so I never felt worried about security.
And instead of old-fashioned keys, they use a digital door lock system,
which made it feel even more secure and convenient.
They also prepared plenty of key cards separately,
so you can use them however works best for your group.
There’s also an old European-style elevator,
so you don’t have to drag heavy suitcases up the stairs.
Room atmosphere
First, let me show you what the room felt like.
There was one double bed,
and we added one single bed, making it two singles total.
The beds were softer than I expected.
Towels and slippers were provided,
and the bedding was clean.
We stayed comfortably without any major inconvenience.
And the owner was truly so kind—
thoughtful in all the little ways, which honestly made a big impression on me.
There’s also a separate kitchen.
It had a kitchen, refrigerator, and a freezer stocked with ice water,
and guests were free to use everything.
Most of the guests were Korean, and everyone was quiet and respectful,
so it felt safe and easy to relax here.
Every day, the owner kept the place stocked with desserts, sparkling water, coffee, tea, yogurt, and cheese
so guests could help themselves.
There was also a microwave, electric kettle, and water purifier.
They even had basics like pepper and olive oil.
They also kept medicine and plastic bags on hand,
and that level of thoughtfulness really impressed me.
Roma Full House didn’t have its own washer,
but there was a coin laundry very close by.

Korean-style outlets are available,
but there are also standard European outlets, so I was able to use the Jupazip power strip I brought
without any issues.
I’d recommend bringing one.
Each room has its own private bathroom and shower booth.
The hot water worked well, and there was even a shower filter,
so you don’t need to bring one yourself.
They changed one towel per person every day.
How to get here from Roma Termini
You can walk here from Roma Termini in just 5 minutes,
and the owner even sent a guide video showing the safest route.
If you’re staying in the Sonata triple room, I definitely recommend watching that video before you come.
The Sonata triple room also had
a little garden inside.
Warm hospitality from the owner
Throughout our stay, you could really feel
how carefully the owner looked after guests, and I’m genuinely grateful
because it made my memories of Rome that much better.
We got fruit, ramen, and water as welcome food,
plus yogurt and snacks waiting in the fridge.
And whenever there was especially good fruit that day,
the owner would bring us more and tell us to try it.
They also recommended nearby restaurants,
and one morning, the owner actually took me out and showed me how Italians do breakfast—
ordering a croissant and espresso at a local bar.
It was so good.
(I loved it so much that I brought my family back there,
and we also explored the nearby traditional market.)
Excellent location
The location was honestly one of the best parts.
Most meeting points for Southern Italy and Tuscany package tours
are around Roma Termini, so having a place this close to the station
made it easy to walk there.
The Colosseum, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain,
and Villa Borghese are all just 1 to 2 metro stops away,
or about €25 by taxi depending on traffic, usually around 20 to 30 minutes.

at the same Roma Full House.

I’d absolutely stay here again.
